Ingredients
-
2 salmon fillets (150–180 g each)
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
-
½ teaspoon paprika
-
½ teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
-
Lemon slices and fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
-
Preheat the air fryer. Set it to 190°C (375°F) for 3 minutes.
-
Prepare the marinade. Mix the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.
-
Season the salmon. Pat the fillets dry with paper towels and brush the marinade over them.
-
Cook the salmon. Place the fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook at 190°C for 7–10 minutes, depending on thickness. Do not overcrowd the basket.
-
Check that it is cooked. The thickest part should reach 63°C (145°F) and the fish should flake easily with a fork. Cook for a few extra minutes if necessary.
-
Garnish and serve. Add fresh lemon slices and chopped parsley. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
