🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Cook the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Make the Cheese Sauce Base (Roux)

  • In a large skillet or pot over medium heat, melt the butter.
