🍗 Mayo Parmesan Chicken Recipe

✅ Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional topping: Italian seasoned breadcrumbs or panko for crunch

🔪 Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven:

  • Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the topping:

  • In a small bowl, mix together:
    • Mayonnaise
    • Parmesan cheese
    • Garlic powder
    • Onion powder
    • Paprika (if using)
    • A pinch of salt & pepper

3. Assemble the chicken:

  • Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
  • Spread the mayo-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
  • Optional: Sprinkle breadcrumbs or panko over the top for added crunch.

4. Bake:

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temp of 165°F / 74°C).
  • Broil for the last 2 minutes if you want a golden, crispy top.

5. Serve:

  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Pairs well with roasted vegetables, pasta, mashed potatoes, or a side salad.

🔥 Tips:

  • Cut large chicken breasts in half for quicker, more even cooking.
  • Try adding chopped herbs like parsley or basil to the mayo mixture for freshness.
  • You can also add a bit of shredded mozzarella on top for extra cheesiness.
