  • 1 teaspoon oil or cooking spray
  • Optional: cooked mushrooms, sausage, or ham

Tools You’ll Need:

  • Small heat-proof baking dish or ramekin that fits in your air fryer
  • Fork or whisk
  • Bowl

Instructions:

✅ Step 1: Preheat the air fryer

Set your air fryer to 160°C (320°F) and let it preheat while you prepare the omelette.


✅ Step 2: Beat the eggs

In a bowl, crack the 2 eggs.
Add the milk (optional), salt, and pepper.
