🍗 Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional for heat)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp yogurt or mayo (optional, makes it extra juicy)
🧂 Marinade
In a bowl, mix:
Olive oil + garlic powder + onion powder + paprika + pepper + salt + chili powder + lemon juice + yogurt/mayo.
Coat the chicken well on all sides.
Let it rest 10–20 minutes (or refrigerate 1 hour for deeper flavor).
🍳 Instructions (Air Fryer)
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place chicken in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken.
- Cook another 6–8 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 74°C / 165°F.
- Let it rest 3 minutes before slicing — keeps it juicy!
