✅ Ingredients

• 2 tbsp dried parsley
• 1 tbsp dried basil
• 1 tbsp dried oregano
• 1 tbsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp salt (optional)
• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)

1. Combine all the dried herbs and spices in a small bowl.
2. Mix well until evenly blended.

🍗 How to Use It

For chicken

Mix 1 tbsp seasoning + 1 tbsp olive oil, rub on chicken, cook or air fry.

Rub 1 tsp on each fillet with lemon juice.
