Cook the Pasta
Bring a pot of well-salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Lobster
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chopped lobster and cook 2–3 minutes, just until warmed through and tender. Remove lobster and set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce
Lower heat slightly. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook 3–5 minutes, stirring often, until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper.
Combine Everything
Add cooked pasta and spinach to the sauce. Toss until pasta is fully coated and spinach is wilted.
Return lobster to the skillet and gently fold in. Add lemon juice if using.
Finish & Serve
Plate immediately and top with extra Parmesan, cracked black pepper, and lobster chunks for that luxury finish.
