🍦 Air Fryer Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 4 scoops of ice cream (vanilla or your favorite flavor)
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes or cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Scoop the ice cream into balls and freeze them for at least 1–2 hours until very firm.
  2. Roll each frozen ice cream ball in crushed cornflakes (or cookies) mixed with coconut.
  3. Dip into beaten eggs, then coat again with crumbs for a double layer.
  4. Place the coated ice cream balls back in the freezer for another 1 hour.
  5. Preheat your Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Air fry each ice cream ball for 1–2 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside.
  7. Serve immediately with chocolate syrup, caramel, or fresh fruits.

👉 It’s crispy on the outside, creamy and cold on the inside — a fun dessert twist!
