Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked ham or bacon (optional)
  • 4 refrigerated biscuits

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, onions, and ham or bacon if using.
  4. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands to create a well in the center.
  5. Spoon the egg mixture into the well of each biscuit.
  6. Place the biscuits in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.
  7. Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for about 10-12 minutes or until the eggs are set and the biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Once done, carefully remove the omelet biscuits from the air fryer.
  9. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
  10. Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs or additional shredded cheese before serving.
