  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Spread out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of baking.

2. Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make a batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets in the batter, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  5. Toss the baked cauliflower in buffalo sauce and bake for another 5-10 minutes.

3. Cauliflower Steaks with Chimichurri Sauce

  5. Drizzle chimichurri over the roasted cauliflower steaks and serve!

4. Indian Spiced Baked Cauliflower (Gobi Masala)

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil, turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili powder, garam masala, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve!

5. Cauliflower “Wings” with BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup flour (or chickpea flour for gluten-free)
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (or regular milk)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to form a batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and coat them evenly.
