- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 4 tbsp hot sauce (Frankβs or any buffalo hot sauce)
- 3 tbsp peri-peri sauce (Nandoβs style or homemade)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional, for balance)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Β½ tsp chili flakes (optional for extra heat)

1. Prep the Wings
- Pat chicken wings dry (important for crispiness).
- In a bowl, mix: salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, cornstarch, and olive oil.
- Coat wings evenly.
2. Choose Your Cooking Method

- Preheat to 200Β°C (390Β°F).
- Place wings in one layer.
