CLASSIC GREEK SALAD

Air Fryer Recipes November 1, 2025

Here’s a Classic Greek Salad recipe — simple, refreshing, and full of Mediterranean flavor 🇬🇷🥗

🥒 Ingredients:

  • 3 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 cucumber, sliced into half-moons
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup kalamata olives (pitted if preferred)
  • 200 g (7 oz) feta cheese, cut into large cubes or thick slices
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (optional)
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

🥣 Instructions:

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and bell pepper.
  2. Add the olives and gently toss everything together.
  3. Place the feta cheese on top of the salad.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar (if using).
  5. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately — no need to chill; Greek salad is best at room temperature!

🍽️ Tips:

  • Use good-quality olive oil — it makes a huge difference.
  • You can add capers for extra tang.
  • Traditionally, no lettuce is used in authentic Greek salad.
