Ingredients:

1 lb (500g) baby potatoes

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for 8–10 minutes until just tender.

Drain and let them cool slightly for 2 minutes.

Place the potatoes on a flat surface and gently smash them using a glass or fork until flattened.

Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Preheat your Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
