Easy 12-Minute Air Fryer Smashed Potatoes

🥔 Easy 12-Minute Air Fryer Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (500g) baby potatoes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water for 8–10 minutes until just tender.

  2. Drain and let them cool slightly for 2 minutes.

  3. Place the potatoes on a flat surface and gently smash them using a glass or fork until flattened.

  4. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  5. Preheat your Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  6. Arrange the potatoes in the basket and cook for 12 minutes, until crispy and golden.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
