1 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup warm milk (110°F/45°C)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Filling:
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
Optional: zest of 1 orange for extra festive flavor
For the Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice or milk

PREPARATION:
Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix well.
Add the warm milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until the dough comes together.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes (or use a stand mixer with a dough hook for 5-7 minutes) until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Prepare the Filling:
Stir up the ingredients: Grated Parmesan cheese, everything bagel seasoning, and melted butter should be mixed together in a big basin. Coat the oyster crackers evenly by tossing them.
Before baking, spread the covered crackers out on a baking sheet. Cook, stirring once or twice, for 15 to 20 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
Transfer the cooled crackers to a dish for serving or place them in a sealed container once they have cooled all on the baking sheet.
