🧄 Garlic and Butter Flatbread (No Yeast)

📝 Ingredients (makes 6 flatbreads):
For the dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil or melted butter
For garlic butter:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2–3 garlic cloves (finely minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- Pinch of salt
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Make the Dough:
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add yogurt and oil. Mix and knead for 3–5 minutes until soft and smooth.
- Cover and rest the dough for 10 minutes.
2. Prepare Garlic Butter:
- Melt butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds (do not brown).
- Stir in chopped parsley and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
3. Shape the Flatbreads:
- Divide dough into 6 equal balls.
- Roll each one into an oval or circle about 1/4 inch thick.
4. Cook (2 options):
Stovetop:
- Heat a dry skillet over medium-high.
- Cook each flatbread 1–2 minutes per side until puffed and golden brown.
Air Fryer:
- Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
- Place one or two flatbreads in the basket. Cook for 4–5 minutes, flipping halfway.
5. Brush & Serve:
- Immediately brush each hot flatbread with garlic butter.
- Serve warm!
