Looking for a crispy, cheesy, and delightful snack? These Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry Squares are the answer!
Made with buttery, flaky pastry and oozing with cheese and ham, they’re perfect for any time of day! 


Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry 

4 slices of deli ham 

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 

1 egg (for egg wash) 

Sesame seeds (optional) 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions:
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Prepare the puff pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares (about 4×4 inches). You’ll need two squares per pastry square.
Assemble the pastries: On one square, add a layer of deli ham and top it with shredded mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Place the second square of pastry on top and press the edges to seal, ensuring the filling stays inside. 

Egg wash & garnish: Brush the top of each pastry square with a beaten egg for a golden finish. Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top for extra crunch. 

Bake: Place the pastries on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up. 

Serve: Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. These crispy, cheesy squares are sure to impress!
