Hibiscus and Lemon Tea

Air Fryer Recipes February 27, 2026

Ingredients:

1 cup dried hibiscus flowers (or 2 hibiscus tea bags)

1 cup boiling water

1/2 lemon, sliced

1-2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

Steep the hibiscus: Place the dried hibiscus flowers in a teapot or a heat-resistant cup. Pour in the boiling water and let it steep for 5-7 minutes.

Strain and add lemon: Strain the tea into a cup or jug. Add sliced lemon to taste.

Sweeten (optional): Add honey to taste, if desired.

Serve: Serve the tea hot or chilled over ice.

Adjust the steeping time: Adjust the steeping time to your liking, depending on how strong you prefer your tea.

Add other flavors: Experiment with adding other flavors, such as ginger or mint, to create a unique twist.

Make it a pitcher: Make a larger batch of hibiscus tea by multiplying the ingredients and serving it over ice in a pitcher.
