Honey Ginger Clove Vitality Tonic is a warming, aromatic drink traditionally enjoyed to support digestion, circulation, and overall vitality. Ingredients

  1. 2 cups filtered water

  2. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, sliced or grated

  3. 4–5 whole cloves

  4. 1 tablespoon raw honey (adjust to taste)

  5. 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour water into a small saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.

  2. Add ginger and cloves to the water.

  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 8–10 minutes to infuse flavors.

  4. Remove from heat and strain into a mug.

  5. Allow to cool slightly, then stir in honey.

  6. Add lemon juice if using.

  7. Sip warm.
