1. Classic Fluffy Air Fryer Omelette

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp milk (or cream for extra fluffiness)

  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tbsp diced bell peppers

  • 1 tbsp chopped onions

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp butter or nonstick spray

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.

  3. Lightly grease a small oven-safe pan or silicone baking dish that fits inside your air fryer.

  4. Pour the egg mixture into the dish and sprinkle in peppers, onions, and cheese.

  5. Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the omelette is set and fluffy.

  6. Gently lift out, fold, and serve warm.

2. Juicy Veggie & Cheese Omelette

  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt, pepper, and oregano to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).

  2. Beat the eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and oregano.

  3. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour in the egg mixture.

  4. Top with spinach, tomatoes, and mozzarella.

  5. Air fry for 12–14 minutes, checking at the 10-minute mark for doneness.

  6. Let it cool slightly before serving—it will be soft, juicy, and perfectly fluffy.
