Ingredients

 2 large flour tortillas
 10.6 ounces ground beef
 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 ¼ cup mayonnaise
 2 tablespoons ketchup
 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
 ¼ cup prepared creamy cheese sauce
 1 small onion, sautéed
 Lettuce leaves
 Tomato slices
 Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, breaking it apart with a spoon until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a dish and keep warm.

In a separate pan, cook bacon slices until crisp. Place on paper towels to drain, then crumble into small pieces.

In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard until smooth and well combined. Set aside

Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet for 20-30 seconds per side, or until soft and pliable.

Lay each tortilla flat. Layer cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, sautéed onion, lettuce leaves, and tomato slices down the center.

Drizzle creamy cheese sauce and the prepared burger sauce evenly over the fillings.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Serve warm, garnished with additional bacon crumbles and cheese sauce if desired.

Tips

  1. For added texture, briefly toast the burrito in a skillet after wrapping to crisp the exterior
  2. Make sure tortillas are warm and pliable for easier rolling without tearing
  3. Don’t overfill the burrito or it will be difficult to wrap properly
  4. Serve immediately while cheese is still melty and ingredients are warm
