🧂 Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients

In a bowl, combine spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt. Mix until evenly combined.

Step 3: Form the Crisps

Spoon small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
Flatten gently with the back of the spoon to form thin rounds. Leave space between each crisp.

Step 4: Bake

Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.

Step 5: Cool and Serve

Allow crisps to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
They’ll become extra crispy as they cool.
