Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon (optional but delicious!)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Make the Topping
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
