Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna
Classic lasagna meets bacon cheeseburger—bold, beefy layers with garlic, ranch, Parmesan, and bubbly mozzarella.
Cuisine Type: American-Italian Fusion
Ingredients
→ Meat Sauce
1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups marinara sauce
→ Bacon Ranch Sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (approximately ½ cup)
→ Lasagna Layers
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
2 to 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Steps
In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Drain excess fat. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon until smooth and well mixed.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Add a layer of cooked lasagna noodles. Spread meat sauce evenly over noodles. Spoon bacon ranch mixture over the meat sauce and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a top layer of mozzarella cheese.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let the lasagna rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
