Parsley: the simple remedy our grandmothers used for heavy legs and water retention

Before capsules and modern supplements,  our grandmothers turned to a very simple plant , often already present in the kitchen:  parsley .

Discreet, inexpensive yet powerful, parsley was traditionally used to  help the body eliminate excess water  and relieve heavy legs.
