This Pineapple Cheeseball recipe is very popular at gatherings and parties. We should not let mixing foods disgust us. This wouldn’t be one of my top choices if it tasted really bad. Please be patient and give this a chance. I got this from a close friend. His mom used to prepare it for the family during important events. Ingredients:
2 packs of cream cheese at room temperature.
1 can of crushed pineapple, make sure to drain it thoroughly.
1/2 cup of chopped green onions
1/2 cup of diced green bell pepper
1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
1 teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning
2 cups of finely chopped pecans
Different types of crackers
