Pineapple Glazed Ham

Ingredients:

1 pre-cooked ham (bone-in or boneless), about 8-10 pounds
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks, drained

PREPARATION:

1.Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

2.Score the ham: Score the ham in a crosshatch pattern.

3.Make the glaze: In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

4.Glaze the ham: Place the ham in a roasting pan and pour the glaze over the top.

5.Bake the ham: Bake the ham for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.

6.Serve: Serve the ham hot with pineapple chunks and the remaining glaze.
