  6. Twist and Braid: Roll the dough tightly into a log, starting from the long edge. Cut the log lengthwise into two strips, exposing the layers of cheese. Twist the two strips together, then shape them into a braid or spiral.
  7. Second Rise: Place the twisted bread onto a parchment-lined air fryer basket. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
