🧄 Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 200g (7 oz) ground beef (or plant-based alternative)
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 small jalapeño, finely diced (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes (fresh or canned, drained)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

- Cook the beef:
