1 cooked chicken breast (shredded or chopped)

Preparation


Step 1: Prep the Ingredients

Start by shredding or finely chopping the cooked chicken breast. Use leftover roast chicken, poached chicken, or store-bought rotisserie for convenience.

Peel and grate the carrots using the fine side of a box grater.

If using garlic, finely mince or press it to release the flavor.

In a medium bowl, combine:

Grated carrots

2 tablespoons cream cheese
