Ingredients
- 4 medium chicken thighs or drumsticks (skin-on, bone-in)
- 4 medium potatoes (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika

- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes. - Prepare the Ingredients
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, and half the spices (garlic powder, paprika, and oregano/thyme).
- In a bowl, toss the potato cubes with olive oil, the remaining spices, salt, and pepper.

- Use a meat thermometer to check the chicken’s internal temperature (should reach 165°F or 74°C).

- If you prefer extra-crispy skin, increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C) and air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
