  • 1 medium tomato, diced (optional)
  • Fresh lime wedges for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    • In a small bowl, combine honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin (optional), salt, and pepper.
    • Season the chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and pepper, then coat them in the honey-lime mixture. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15-20 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge for more flavor).
  2. Cook the Chicken:
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little bit of olive oil.
