  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
  • 2-3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for stir-frying)

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef:
    • Thinly slice the beef against the grain into bite-sized pieces.
    • In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar (or cooking wine), cornstarch, and sesame oil. Stir well.
    • Toss the beef slices in the marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes to tenderize and absorb the flavors.
  2. Prepare the Veggies:
    • While the beef is marinating, slice the onion and bell pepper (if using). Mince the garlic and chop the green onions for garnish.
