  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: fresh berries, sliced banana, chopped nuts

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, mashed banana, milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
  2. Grease the bottom of your air fryer basket or use parchment paper for easy removal.
  3. Pour the oat mixture into the air fryer basket, spreading it evenly.
  4. Set your air fryer to 350°F (180°C) and bake the oats for 12-15 minutes or until the top is set and edges are golden brown.
