Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef or thinly sliced steak
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Cook the Meat
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or steak until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
