
🍗 Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing Recipe

📝 Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1 cup frozen green beans or corn for a full one-pot meal
🍳 Instructions:
✅ Step 1: Layer the Chicken
- Spray the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
- Season with garlic powder and pepper.
✅ Step 2: Add the Stuffing
- Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix evenly over the chicken.
✅ Step 3: Mix the Sauce
- In a bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour this mixture over the stuffing layer (do not stir).
✅ Step 4: Add Optional Veggies
- If using frozen vegetables, sprinkle them over the top now.

- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or on HIGH for 2.5–3 hours.
- Chicken should be tender and cooked through.

- Fluff the stuffing with a fork.
