🥚 Egg-in-Toast Cups in an Air Fryer

🧾 Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread (white, brown, or sandwich bread)
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Optional toppings:
- Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella)
- Cooked bacon or turkey
- Chopped veggies (peppers, onions, spinach)
🔪 Instructions
1. Prepare the bread
- Flatten each bread slice using a rolling pin or glass
- Press into a muffin shape (use silicone molds or foil cups)
2. Add butter
- Brush melted butter inside each bread cup
- This gives that crispy golden texture
3. Crack the eggs
- Crack 1 egg into each bread cup
- Add salt and pepper
