Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine oats, nuts, flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.

Add wet ingredients: Stir in melted butter, honey, egg, and vanilla. Mix until evenly combined.

Shape cookies: Scoop 1–2 tablespoons of dough, shape into small discs (they’ll spread a little).
