Air Fryer Meatloaf and Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
For the Meatloaf:
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef or a mix of beef and pork
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or panko)

- 2 tbsp ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk or cream

Instructions
- Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:
- Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and mash with butter, milk, garlic powder (if using), and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Make the Meatloaf:
- In a bowl, mix all meatloaf ingredients until well combined. Do not overmix to keep the meatloaf tender.
- Assemble the Casserole:
