Ingredients:
- For the Marinade:
- 1 lb (450g) beef steak (flank or sirloin), thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1/2 tsp sugar
- For the Stir-Fry:
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
